Delivery Charges


All goods ordered at the same time as part of the same invoice and delivered to one UK address at the same time, with a net value (before VAT is added) of £500 or more - are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.

All other goods ordered have the following delivery charge added for each
delivered UK address : Weight up to 15 kilo = £8.45, for each subsequent
kilo or part of please add 30p per kilo. All delivery charges are subject to VAT.

We are happy to work out the approximate weight of your goods and the delivery charge for you,  but as a general rule the following weights apply:

1000 x Letterheads 100gsm - A4 = 6.5 kilo*

1000 x Compliment Slips 100 gsm - DL = 2.3kilo

1000 x Business Cards 300 gsm = 1.7kilo (allows for plastic packing boxes)

1000 x A5 Leaflets 130gsm = 4.2 kilo

1000 x A4 Leaflets 130gsm = 8.4 kilo

1000 x A5 4 page Brochures = 8.4 kilo (double this up for each 4 pages
added)

1000 x A4 4 page Brochures = 16.8 kilo (double this up for each 4 pages
added)

So in the above examples all of them apart from the 1000 x A4 4 page Brochures would cost £8.45 the last item would cost £9.05.

If you really want to work out your own delivery cost there is a calculation to work out the weight of the product as follows:

Multiply the gsm value x the length of the sheet of paper x the breadth of the sheet of paper - then divide by 1,000,000 and this will give you the weight of each 1000 sheets (do not forget to add on a little to cover the packing).

So for 1000 A4 letterheads 100 gsm - and with a paper size (A4) of 297mm x 210mm - you can do this calculation. 100 x 297 x 210 / 1,000,000 = 6.237 kilo per 1000 sheeets - add a little for the packaging and you get the 6.5 kilo shown above*
