We can accept Microsoft Word documents in their native
format, providing you supply all the fonts you have used. We do, however,
prefer them in Postscript format.
Creating
a Postscript (PRN) File
Install the required printer as the temporary default printer.
Re-compose your document for the above printer, adjusting the margins
etc if necessary.
Go to "Print Preview" under the File Menu and check that the
document is complete and in the correct position on the page.
If OK, "Close".

De-select
"Collate". |

"Print to File". |

on "Properties". |

Select
paper size of document. |

1-up under "Layout". |

appropriate orientation for document. |

1 under "Copies". |

Under
the Heading "Postscript", select "Postscript
Optimised for Portability". |

Click
OK. |

Give
file a name. |
| 16.

Save
file to a folder on your "C" Drive. |

Copy
resultant PRN file onto acceptable media. |
